1. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom/Stitched Items: For sarees with custom blouse stitching or specialized embroidery, please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch.

  • Note: During festive seasons (like Navratri or Diwali), processing may take an additional 2–3 days.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Timeline: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on orders above ₹2999, otherwise a flat fee of ₹99].

3. International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and beyond!

  • Delivery Timeline: 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.

  • Shipping Partners: We use reliable international carriers like Yakit, UniUni, ShiprocketX, DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For International Orders: Please note that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Veera Products does not collect these fees in advance and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp update containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, including the postal code and contact number, is 100% correct. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For international orders, a valid phone number is mandatory for customs clearance.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
