Refund policy

At Veera Products, we take immense pride in the quality of our ethnic wear. Each saree, suit, and blouse undergoes a rigorous quality check before being shipped to you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-stitched blouses or customized sarees.

    • Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale."

    • Items with tampered or removed tags.

Refund Process

  • Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal, Payoneer, or Bank Account) within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us on +91 8920335770 or veeraproducts12911@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
